Primary Care & Mental Health

Integrated Family Care offers comprehensive primary care services for families looking to improve their health. We provide preventive care, pediatric care, routine medical visits, acute / chronic disease management, & high quality care at every stage of life. We provide services to patients ages 0 to 99.
Integrated Family Psychiatry Care offers Psychiatric Mental Health services for families wanting to improve their mental health. We treat: depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD & more. We offer medication management, psychiatric therapy, psychiatric education & psychiatric evaluation. We also offer genesight testing!

Pre Op

Medical Clearance

Pre operative and cardiology medical clearance to ensure our patients are medically prepared for specialized procedures or surgery. This evaluation requires a thorough history, lab tests, & ekg, based on individual or procedure needs. This service is not covered by insurance.

Women's Health / Hormone Replacement Therapy

Women's Health and Hormone Replacement Therapy offers: Pap tests, breast ultrasound in office, and HRT which is highly effective for reducing severe hot flashes and night sweats, protecting against bone loss, and improving sleep or mood swings.
